The latest enterprise from Martha Stewart,
Martha-branded homes, are
finally being unveiled in North Carolina. The community, known as
KB
Home Twin Lakes: Homes Created with Martha Stewart (catchy) will open to the public this Sunday. Twin Lakes is the
first of several communities that the two companies will create across the United States. The homes were designed to
bear a resemblance to homes lived in by Martha Stewart in New York and Maine (only much smaller of course).
There are currently eight model homes and the community will eventually be home to 650 homes ranging from 1,500 to 4,100
square feet. They are priced low $200s to the mid $400s.

We are looking for a couple of acres to build a quaint Bed & Breakfast in Northern Arizona. We are combining our talents and would like to build some cottages also, along with a salon/spa, and many other interesting and innovative ideas. We would like a garden so that we can grow most of our fresh food for Breakfast/Brunch & Lunch.
It must be affordable for us.
If you hear of some land that someone would like to finance to us, please let us know.
Thanks,
Joan
