The Glass House in Toronto, Estate of the Day

Today's estate takes us to Toronto. This beautiful glass home is located in The Bridle Path, an upscale area that is home to showy blockbuster houses (and to disgraced mogul Conrad Black).  Many of the houses in the area are designed to look as if  they have been there for centuries. Not so with this modern light filled home. The home has a very contemporary style with a curved zinc and glass outside wall and a unique layout that separates the public areas from the private. details include six bedrooms, a library, a room that can serve as either a basketball court or a home theater and an indoor pool. It is listed at $15 million CAD. Glimpses of the unique interior including the glassed-in pool area after the jump.
