The delectable French tearoom
Laduree has opened a location in my favorite department store,
Harrods. Laduree, known for their heavenly macaroons and other sweets has taken over
350 square meters of space on the ground floor and opened a restaurant serving light meals and yummy things. The
over-the-top decor is par for Harrods and brings a bit of Napoleon III style to a Victorian building that already has
an Egyptian escalator bank. After shopping for hours, doesn't a Black Truffle Omelet and a Gingerbread Macaroon sound
good?
