Brokeback Shirts Sell For Over $100,000
We mentioned the heated
auction for Jack's shirts from Brokeback Mountain a few weeks ago. The auction closed on
February 20 and the shirts sold for
$101,100.51. Gay.com has an interview with the winner, collector Tom Gregory. Gregory is the life partner of David
Bohnett, founder of GeoCities and the head of the David Bohnett
foundation. In the interview, Gregory says he will never separate the shirts and he won't let anyone try them on.

I love this-- "brokeback" has become part of my everyday verbage for a dude with gay flair. And of course, the more sensitive you are, the more gay you are, the more brokeback you are, and the more you'll pay for an actors shirt. Awesome!
Wanted to serve up a quick link, hope nobody takes this the wrong way, I just respect the opinion of luxists and first adopters-- anybody use iMusic before? A mate has recommended it, says its getting huge in Asia- http://www.getimusic.com
