The Overwater Spa at Kamalame Cay
While you are waiting for the Ritz-Carlton Rose Island to to
open you can enjoy the first over-water spa in the Bahamas now open at
Kamalame Cay, a 96-acre private island escape. The 2,000-square-foot spa sits at the end of Kamalame Pier and
has five treatment rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows open to the views and the soothing sounds of the water below
below. Yoga sessions and champagne lunches are held on the spa's veranda. Treatments include a Bahamian Boreh, a
traditional Balinese treatment that uses a warming spice and an herb body mask followed by a gentle, cooling massage or
