building is aerodynamically shaped to take advantage of local winds and it will generate its own power from a plant in
the building. The building will also capture rainwater on the roof, filter and distribute it to sinks and toilets. The
Jameson Tower project involves restoring the 1929 Ceperley Rounsfell Building and adding a new tower with retail,
restaurant and office space topped by the residences. Prices in the unique tower start at $515,000 (US).
