By doing research, you will see that the sports venues are all located outside of the casino so that you will never have to walk inside the casino to attend a sporting event. In addition, the drive from the Las Vegas strip to the site loaction is 8 minutes. It will take you longer than that to drive from the Sahara hotel to Mandalay Bay if you go down the Las Vegas strip. Futhermore, in 2009, when the resort is open, the city of North Las Vegas will be developed out in that area. N. Las Vegas is the second fastest growing city in the nation. Around the proposed site, they are developing 42,000 acres of land with housing, businesses, and other structures.
