Here's a trip idea for the truly creative. I've seen
plenty of yoga retreats and plenty of painting workshops but it's rare to see the two combined. This spring artist
Charles Wildbank and yogini Mary McGuire are leading a
yoga/painting
workshop in the Normandy countryside. The trip include a guided tour of museums in Paris and a stay in a private
home in Giverny, the inspiration of so many of Monet's masterpieces. The yoga practice is appropriate for anyone from
beginners to more experienced practitioners. Those on the tour will have access to Monet's gardens and traditional
French meals with wine will be served. The tour lasts from April 25 to May 5 and costs $2400 per person if booked by
January 31.

i predict the first yoga position will be to start from lotus, slowly extend both arms forward, elbows locked, raising arms overhead in a slow standing motion. (I apologize in advance :) )
