Ardbeg TEN

My fellow single malt lovers; with the increase in price and decline of availability of some of the more renowned single malts we need to venture on to discover other agreeable whiskies. In the past few years, Ardbeg has finally begun to make its way in the US and already has quite a name for its self. I find the 10 year to be particularly amazing because it really tastes and feels like a 16. This is soon to become an always stocked item in my bar.

Palate is full bodied, earthy, with plenty of smokiness and a long and pungent finish with citrus notes.
