Trump is at it again. This time the Trumpster's
building ambitions take him to Philadelphia. Donald Trump has announced a 45-story luxury condo high-rise.
The Trump Tower Philadelphia will be located on
the Delaware River waterfront. The $190 million project is will have at least 250 units and is expected to be completed
in mid 2008. The building will be five stories higher than other towers being built in the area. The building will have
gardens, a spa, five-star restaurant, wine cellar, health club and an outdoor deck. The prices haven't been set yet and
Trump isn't giving out the exact address of his new tower.

With all of that time, money and effort into real estate development you would think he would put some time into doing something about his hair...

It seems everything Trump lays his hands on turns to gold. The condos will sure sell like hot cakes.

I think it is a good idea that Trump has decided to build the Trump Tower Philadelphia now while there is a building boom because now his project will help boost the long awaited developement of the Delaware River Waterfront.
Hopefully the condos will be marketed all over the United States so that many people will come to Philadelphia and see how beautiful the city is as well as the joy of living here.
I assume that the tower will be taller and more luxurious than anything the city has ever seen. Nice job.
