Orbino Video iPod Case

As our reader Ben who sent in the tip noted, Orbino cases might just give Vaja a run for their money when it comes to luxe cases for your gadgets. Their Orbino Cambio case for the video iPod is made of leather that is stitched by hand with waxed thread. The case features Orbino's spring-loaded combination belt clip and desk stand in polish palladium metal and a precious metal scroll wheel frame mounted with microscrews. The case has a cut-out for the charger and sells for $65. Orbino also makes gorgeous Italian leather handbags and stunningly beautiful and functional laptop cases.

Need to know if someone has purchase a case from Orbino and if they have had problems contacting customer service, shipping, etc. I've benn trying to contact these guys since mar 8, 2006, and I had no answers from them. No emails no phone calls, nothing. Has anyone gotten a different contact numbers from what you can find online?? Let me know. Thanks

I ordered a case and just like you didn't hear anything yet... I am stsrting to wonder if this place is still open. They charged my credit card though... I have been trying to get some answers but nothing. Same as you... I didn't call their number yet. I keep sending e-mail request for information. If you e-mail at: info@orbino.com you will get an error message back. I am really starting to wonder here... My item is a black leather casing for video Ipod 30g. I got a memo when I ordered that it was on back order, but now I am wondering if it is a fraud or something...

I ordered a case for a Video Ipod 30 Gig and received the wrong Case altogether. So they do exist and the product is real. However i ordered my case 2 months ago and haven't received the correct case and I'm holding on to the wrong case for insurance on my 65.00 charge.

Hello. The folks from Orbino here. In case there are any doubts from earlier postings, we are shipping product and our customer service phone number is operational. There were some technical snags early with our communications system, but these have been worked out.
We are shipping all cases now and we respond to both phone calls at our U.S. toll-free number or via email.
