What does Johnny Depp drink?
Decanter reveals that Depp, an enthusiastic wine consumer, has
proclaimed Château Calon-Ségur as his favorite wine. In an interview in Madame Figaro he said the wine is
"a marvellous wine that you can drink every day and it's also very affordable." Château
Calon-Ségur is the most northern of all the classified growths of the Medoc, a Saint-Estèphe
third-growth. The 2004 Château Calon-Ségur sells for
around 26 euros. Depp, of course, can also afford the pricer
wines and expressed his affection for Pétrus and Château Cheval-Blanc.
