Viking Grand Cru Summit
New Orleans is coming back in style with the first annual Viking Grand Cru Summit, a gathering of food and wine experts to be held at the Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter, February 9-12, 2006. Participants include Emeril Lagasse, Robert Parker, Cat Cora, John Besh, Susan Spicer and Julia Reed. There will be wine education seminars, tastings, wine luncheons and a "Wine, Dine & Design" event that takes guests through some private Garden District homes. Each home will be hosted by a Condé Nast publication, including Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Gourmet and House & Garden.
