Are Brad and Angelina Buying in Beverly Hills

A few weeks ago the LA Times Hot Property section ran a piece on the homes of producer-manager Seth Ersoff. Perhaps Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were reading because Lowdown reports that they have now expressed interest in Ersoff's homes. Ersoff most recently purchased the Skinner Treetop Residence, a modern glass home built in 1957. The home is small by movie star standards, a 2,800 sq. ft. three-bedroom, so Brangelina are also looking at Ersoff's other home, a freshly-restored 1931 Paul Williams-designed house that he planned to put on the market for $6 million. Lowdown says that Ersoff wants $10 million for the pair of properties and that Brangelina will be checking out the properties after their New Year's Eve vacation.
