Luxury Condos Planned For Downtown St. Louis
Back in early September we wrote about Pinnacle Entertainment's plans to revitalize the St. Louis waterfront with a casino, hotel and spa, now they are planning a condo development. The 10-story, 49-unit condo complex in St. Louis will be called Port St. Louis and has views of the Mississippi River, the Gateway Arch and downtown St. Louis. Pinnacle certainly believes strongly in St. Louis. This project will cost $25 million and represents half of Pinnacle's promise to the city that they would invest $50 million in the city.
