The Bruichladdich Academy Whisky Experience
I love the idea of going to whisky school in Scotland
before, it's fantasy camp for a whisky lover. The Bruichladdich
Academy offers the ultimate whisky experience. A chance to not only learn more about single malts but to actually
experience the process. Those who sign up for the experience stay for four nights in the Distillery Manager's house and
follow around the craftsmen, learning about milling, mashing, distilling, tasting and bottling whisky. The experience
is limited to six guests so the experience is very hands-on. Bruichladdich was built in 1881 and the original
production equipment is still in use. The experience runs April to November and costs £795 (around $1410). Sign
up and you can too can look as happy as these guys.
