Frankfurt's The Pure luxury minimalist hotel
Adrienne over at Gadling (via Wallpaper*) turns us on to The Pure, "a design-filled hotel with a clean and crisp atmosphere in the heart of Frankfurt." They're not kidding when they say clean and crisp: The lobby nothing but of white Italian Thassos marble counters, contemporary white leather-upholstered furniture, and sheer white curtains, all composed of and arranged at right angles. The Pure's 50 guest rooms are similarly unadulterated and feature glass-sided bathtubs and Shair media jukeboxes providing "on-demand access to a limitless video library. Prices start around $165 for a double room in the off-season.
