Colliins Caviar
The next stop on our caviar tour of the U.S. lands us in Indiana (we recently looked at both
Missouri and
California). Collins Caviar is a small company in Michigan
City, Indiana that sells fresh caviar. Collins Caviar started as a small home business for Rachel and Carolyn Collins,
a mother and daughter team who taught themselves how to prepare caviar. They have unique flavors of infused whitefish
caviar including Absolut Citron, pepper and mango. Their paddlefish caviar costs $38 per ounce.
