Luxury Condos Planned for Cincinnati
The Cincinnati area is getting a new luxury condo project. The Cincinnati Enquirer reports on RiverCrossing, a proposed $75 million condo and restaurant development. The project of 140 river-view condos in two buildings will be located near the Purple People Bridge, on the site of what is now the Montgomery Inn Banquet Center. The condos will sell for $450,000 to $2 million an construction is set to start next year. The RiverCrossing project is hoped to bring new freespending residents to the downtown area.
