Cardo Scala Rider Bluetooth motorcycle headset
So you've got your handlebar-mounted motorcycle GPS unit; what about the hands-free cell phone operation? Paul over at Engadget points us to the Scala Rider Bluetooth headset from Cardo, reviewed by CNET. The Scala Rider attaches to the outside of your helmet and has a speaker that attaches inside near your ear. It supports voice-dialing, call-reject, and redial and of course requires a Bluetooth phone to operate. CNET gives it high marks but says it takes some finagling to get everything adjusted right, and voice dialing can be spotty. The Cardo Scala Rider headset goes for around $100.
