Bang & Olufsen has unleashed the BeoSound 3,
an intriguingly-designed "transistor radio" that does MP3 and WMA playback. It's a portable design that relies on a
rechargeable batter—no cords—and has a single full-range loudspeaker. The FM radio has room for 99 presets and there's
an SD slot in leiu of built-in storage. It also includes a wall bracket for hanging. The BeoSound 3 has an $850 price
tag.
