New Krone Limited Edition Pens
They aren't up on the Krone website yet and I couldn't find mention of them anywhere else but Fountain Pen Hospital has two new Krone pens listed for November delivery. The pen shown here is listed as Moby Dick (probably an additon to their writers series) and is made of mammoth ivory scrimshaw, African zebrawood and briarwood. It comes in a limited edition of 288 and sells for $2,995. There is also an Amelia Earhart pen (part of their adventurers series) made of celluoid and silver. The Moby Dick pen is just a touch too rustic for my taste, it looks like a souvenir from Nantucket.
