Is Ivana's Australian Project A Bust?

Does Ivana Trump lack her ex-husband's golden touch when it comes to real estate? We covered Ivana's ambitious plans for the Ivana Great Barrier Reef resort back in April. It sounded like a dream development: a 42-unit complex with a day spa, two swimming pools and use of a 71-foot Sunseeker yacht. The three and four bedroom homes with private pools on the terrace and rooftops were to be aimed squarely at the elite. But so far, not so good on Queensland's Airlie Beach. Construction hasn't started yet and according to The Australian, the developer is very tight-lipped on the project. Real estate in Australia seems to be going through a bit of a cool down which is stranding the top end of the market so it remains to be seen if the lovely view shown here will be a reality.
