Sundara Spa Residences
As mentioned in the NY Times this weekend, spa
communities are one of the lastest development opportunities. People who visit destination spas get hooked on the
lifestyle and now spa residences are an offshoot of the Co-Tel trend. Sundara Inn
and Spa in Wisconsin was one of the communities mentioned in the article and they are launching their community
with eight villas scheduled to be available in mid-December. The 1,700 sq. ft. villas have views of the golf course and
the spa's waterfalls and infinity pool. The side-by-side villas shares a private treatment room for two and an open-air
garden with a hot soaking tub. A $350 monthly membership fee gives owners access to the spa's fitness and treatment
rooms and villa owners will have access to spa therapists and counselors. The residences costs $750,000 and four have
already been sold. Eight more reesidences are planned for 2006.
