Are Ben and Jen Buying Linden Farm?
There's nothing I like better than good real estate gossip especially when it involves an estate that we have already mentioned here. Contact Music says that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are house shopping in Westchester County, New York. The object of their desire is allegedly Linden Farm, a $28 million estate. The main house is an 18 room mansion with eight bedrooms, a paneled library, billiard room and conservatory with a brick floor and fireplace.The grounds include natural ponds, a waterfall and gardens and it is situated next to a nature preserve for privacy. Nice taste, Ben and Jen.
