121 Time: Design your own Swiss watch - Watch of the Day
Today's Watch of the Day isn't actually a watch, it's more of a watch-builder. Much like the many shoe companies that let you design your shoes online, 121 Time lets you design your own custom Swiss watch through its web interface. You can choose from five different body styles and then customize the face style (arabic or roman numerals or just index marks), face and hand colors, band style and color, and even the buckle. Lastly, you can specify the strap size down to the half-centimeter and add waterproofing or engraving. Custom watches from 121 Time start out at about $500 and take about 10 days to assemble for Quartz watches and 30 days for automatic (self-winding mechanical) watches.

Great site. I simple 'd like to add that they offer 3 ladies collections on top of the 5 for men. The gent watches are all standard available with quartz movements, but can be upgraded with mechanical automatic movements.
Concerning the prices, I have already succeded to custom-design a quartz variant for less than 200$.
