Real estate offering in booming Arizona, Hidden Meadow Ranch, is a second home community that just launched their real estate offering. While yesterday's offering Seven Canyons is a golf-themed resort, Hidden Meadow Ranch is for those who prefer the rustic life. The ranch is 150 acres of private land within the Apache National Forest at an elevation of more than 8,500 feet. Hidden Meadow Ranch has existed as a Western-themed getaway for a while and now they offer ownership opportunities. The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch includes both whole ownership homesites for custom homes and fractional ownership in luxury log cabins. The 16 homesites range in size from 1.02 to 2.51 acres and range in price from $300,000 to $450,000. The Club Cabins, are a private residence club, with up to 31 shared ownership log cabins to be sold in one-sixth deeded shares. The Meadow Cabins cost $275,000 per share and overlook the 50-acre meadow preserve and are approximately 2,500 square feet, and the Forest Cabins, border the Apache National Forest, are approximately 3,600 square feet and cost $350,000 per share.
