This year's most expensive restaurants according to Forbes

Forbes has declared 2005 over, at least for restaurants, and printed its Most Expensive U.S. Restaurants of 2005. At the top of the list—and leading all the others by an impressive margin—is New York's Masa at $366 per person, not including alcohol. Next is Grant Achatz' brand new Alinea in Chicago at a cheap-by-comparison $192, followed by The Herbfarm's expensive-for-Seattle $152. By the time you get to the end of the list, a $52 meal at T. Cook's in Phoenix seems like a bargain.

As an aside, why does only one of the pictures in Forbes' slideshow show actual people dining, and only three show any food? It's kind of creepy.
