Beach Villas at Ko Olina
Ground was broken recently on a new luxury condo development at Ko Olina on Oahu in Hawaii. The new luxury high-rise
condominium has a gorgeous location at the second lagoon at Ko Olina. The complex will have an eight-story Beach Tower
and a 15-story Ocean Tower will feature kitchens designed by chef Roy Yamaguchi. The two bedroom units start at $1.8
million for a $50,000 deposit you can reserve a spot for the sales that begin Oct. 15. The condos are being pitched
mainly at mainland U.S. residents looking for a vacation home.
