Open Wine Bottle Anti-Oxidation System
As much as I adore the Enomatic, the odds of having that many open wine bottles to dispense in an average home is a bit rare. A bit more realistic is this wine dispenser from Hammacher Schlemmer. It is a dispenser that lets you enjoy a variety of wines at the right temperature. It uses inert nitrogen gas to push the wine out of the bottle through the spigot one glass at a time controlling oxidation. It holds two bottles of red and two bottles of white wine with four bottles in reserve. Each section can be run at a different temperature and once a bottle is done, a new one can easily be popped in place. It sells for $1,974.95.

If you have not seen Hammacher Schlemmer's catalog I encourage you to request a free copy from their website below. Their catalog has a lot of neat items and the front of the catalog is unusally entertaining with a very unusual, high-priced item.
