From the ethnic jewelry, sequined bags and clothing, all the way to the inclusion of bamboo and straw in design, the world of fashion has become that much smaller.  My grandmother had a tote bag similar to this yoga bag over 20 years ago in India; apparently it was a very popular style to carry groceries in!
