Lake Lawn Resort

Lake Lawn Resort in the Lake Geneva/Delavan, Wisconsin area recently received approval for a $390 million redevelopment of the resort. The multi-phase plan is designed to turn the resort into a massive four-star Co-tel and will include 1,222 guest suites, a giant indoor water park, a 165 slip marina and boardwalk, a huge spa with 90 treatment areas, a redesigned golf course and new restaurants. The rooms are priced from $162,000 to $683,000. All suites will include flat screen TVs, high speed internet access, electric fireplaces and Kohler massage tubs.
