Restocking techniques exist and they work; why are they not being more aggressively promoted by both Caspian Sea countries and the U.S.?]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Scott Rose]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Dec 18th 2005 6:02PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
