Morris Manor
In July, I wrote about a JP King auction for three estates that are part of Greg Norman's Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida. The three estates brought in a a total of over $8.03 million with each home bringing in over $2.6 million. The homes all went to out-of-state buyers who were purchasing the homes as vacation or second homes. Next up for JP King is Morris Manor which gets auctioned off tomorrow. It's a historic estate in central New York that sits on approximately 180 acres and has a renovated Federal Home built by General Jacob Morris around 1805. The home, which was renovated in 1995-1996 has six bedrooms, ten working fireplaces, two parlors and a formal dining room. The grounds feature stone fencing, a stable, coach house, former blacksmith's shop, bowling alley and squash court.
