LA Times Hot Property reports that:
• Debra Messing has put her "lucky house" in the Hollywood Hills on the market for just under $1.3 million.
• Lindsey Lohan has bought a three-bedroom condo for around $1.9 million in the Sunset Strip area building where
Matthew Perry recently purchased.
• The other "American Idol" Simon, Simon Fuller, has purchased a Beverly Hills home for about $8.5 million.
• .L.A. Laker Brian Cook has leased a three-bedroom townhouse in Manhattan Beach for $4,400 a month.
• Robert Timme, dean of the USC School of Architecture, and his wife, have listed their Los Feliz home at just under
$2.2 million.
And in the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:
• Connie Stevens has bought a penthouse apartment on the top floor of One Beacon Court for $8.68
million.
• Bob Costas not only paid $4.3 million for a two-bedroom condo on the 61st floor of the Time Warner Center, he also
picked up storage in the form of 10-foot-by-8-foot closet on the 31st floor for $100,000.
• Former ITT Chairman Rand Araskog has sold a Southampton home after buying the oceanfront palazzo of the Sbarro pizza
guy last year. The house on Meadowmere lane sold for $6.1 million. The Sbarro house cost Araskog just under $12
million.
