Carnival Cruise Ships Will Provide Temporary Housing
Carnival Cruise Lines has announced that the U.S. government has
chartered three cruise ships Ecstasy, Sensation and Holiday, for the next half year as temporary housing for victims of
Hurricane Katrina. Two of the ships, Ecstasy and Senstion will be in Galveston and the smaller Holiday will likely
docked in Mobile, Alabama. It hasn't been revealed how much FEMA paid to charter the ships. The Carnival website. The

or a trip on another ship.
