Phil Donahue's (frmr talk show host) home in this neighborhood was just put on the market for around this price. Although I've never seen it, I wouldn't be suprised if this was his house.

First comment was wrong. Donahue's house is on the market for $25 million and the picture in the article below shows a different house.
