Every once in a while we like to check back in to Montecito, one of California's priciest communities to check on the real estate market. Today's find is a California Mediterranean on four acres with views across the hill to the sea. All rooms face south to take advantage of the light and views. The beamed ceilings are made of reclaimed wood and the floors are all antique and reclaimed surfaces.
