The Residences at Burj Dubai

More real estate boom in Dubai as 29 luxury villas in The Residences have gone on sale. The villas are in the six The Residences towers. They are one, two and three bedroom villas that range in size from 994 to 2,799 square feet. Like most of the new properties in Dubai they feature the latest in home technology and 24-hour security and maintenance. The six towers are located near the Burj Dubai lakes and have skyline views. Shared facilities include swimming pools, a squash court, a golf simulation room, fitness room, mini theatre, business center and a guest suite.
