The Hamptons Food & Wine Festival gathers celebrity chefs and winemakers at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton, New York on Friday and Saturday, August 26-27. Events include cooking demonstrations and competitions, cookbook signings, wine and food tasting seminars, and plenty of gourmet food sampling. There will also be a VIP caviar and cocktail party at a oceanfront estate on Friday night and a multi-bar Mojito BBQ after-party at the main event venue on Saturday night. There will also be the Hamptons version of "Iron Chef" titled (what else?) Platinum Chef. A Platinum Pass includes all four festival segments and VIP access to the Saturday night Bentley Tailgate Party and Mojito Barbecue from 8 pm-11 pm on Saturday night for $650 per person. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Hayground School and there will also be a celebrity apron auction to benefit the Make-A-Wish foundation.
