This delicate ice wine recently won the Governor's Cup Award at the New York
Wine & Food Classic, an event described as the Oscars for New York wine. The wine was judged the best out of
over 600 New York wines and also took first in the ice wine and dessert wine categories. The grapes are harvested and
pressed while still frozen resulting in a light dessert wine. Coincidentally, states laws regarding wine shipments in
New York recently went into effect making it easier for all of us to get our hands on the prize winner. It sells for
$34.99 per bottle.
