StrongMobile Aircar Project
We can't get enough of flying cars. One of the dark horses in the competition to go from road to sky is the
Strongmobile Aircar Project. It is the passion of Richard Strong, a retired Air Force captain who has devoted much of
his life to trying to create a flying car. The mockup is a bit ungainly looking and made of wood but Strong envisions
that the car eventually will be for frequent, regional VIP travel. Strong is currently seeking venture capital for the
next phase of his project and recently took his mockup to EAA
Airventure. Strong predicts that eventually the cars could be available for as low as $140,000. The car is less
than twenty feet long and eight feet wide. The plan is to have a car that drives on the roads and then turns into
an airplane by popping out wings and a tailplane. Strong plans to use an automotive engine and a ducted fan in flight.
Our money is still on Moller but we salute anyone with the
flying car dream.

3. High speed can be 500 Km/ Hr or more
4. Safe from human and enviorn point of view
5. Verticle take-of possible, can be standing
stationary in air
6. Equally efficient on the roads.
7. can accomodate 4 passengers ( 1+3 )
8. can fly for min 2000 Km continuously.
9. Landing is outstandingly safe
10. Safety accessories like parashoot, etc can
be accompanied
11. Can fly in bad weather conditions like
rains, storm, etc.
