Steinway 1857- Featured Piano

When you look for an antique, decorative piano, a well-crafted design is essential. Many pianos made in the 19th century benefitted from the skills of fine craftsmen, by whom stunning marquetry and wonderful carved designs were made. This 1857 Steinway bears all the hallmarks of such a piano. The dark colour, though not a favourite of the era, brings out the best of the shadows and Steinways of this time did not compromise quality of sound, either.
