Donald Trump is building his first residential condominium in Toronto. He needs to attract buyers so he's offering 24-hour access to chauffeured Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans and a chef for parties. Trump seems to be taking advantage of the 50,000 to 60,000 people which plan to move into the downtown area this year. The hotel will include 374 units.
