Rugged is in, say fashion experts. Rugged is, in most consumer products, generally tougher, more durable and more expensive. Executives- ditch those flimsy PDA's and prepare yourself for the urban jungle. Panasonic's Toughbook range is designed for military and on-site durability, but you don't need to be James Bond to own one. Their PDA is encased in all sorts of everything-proof casing, probably extending its life and definitely extending its pricetag. One of these hard-hitting techno-soldiers will set you back around £1,400.
