Luxury Beach Hut

Beach huts are never known for being luxurious, but then again, few have solid stone walles, slate roofs and a chimney. This property, wonderfully named "Fantasia" and as cute as a little home overlooking the beach in Suffolk can be, is only 10ft from the sea wall and benefits from striking views. There's a sink/lavatory downstairs along with a room, and upstairs there is a blank canvas, though adding a shower cubicle wouldn't be a problem. At £250,000, it isn't a cheap beach pad, but it's fashionable, apparently.

A person standing next to that hut so that we can see the scale of it would be perfect.

There's like, a door. On the hut and the house behind it. There are a couple of cars. A large, house-sized (or even hut-sized) ruler would be perfect. Duh.

Beach huts come in many shapes and forms...

It has to be said I am not sure that something made with bricks and mortar could be defined as a hut... The definition of hut normally goes along the lines of a temporary dwelling or shelter... Saying that I wouldn't mind one like it!!
