Three Castellos in One Auction

Auction house JP King will be auctioning three Naples, Florida estates on August 4. The three estates are part of the Tiburon Golf Club, a 36-hole golf complex created by Greg Norman. Tiburon is also home to the famous Rick Smith Golf Academy and a Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. These three Mediterranean mansions each have a different Castello name and are surrounded by golf course views. Each Estate comes with a Tiburon Signature Membership which includes: Club and Concierge Services, Fitness Amenities, VIP Tickets to the Franklin Templeton "Shark" Shootout, Pool and Tennis Privileges at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort Naples, Easy Beach Access. The six-bedroom home has two master suites, an outdoor grill bar near the pool, a double story entrance, media room, chef's kitchen, wine cellar and disappearing walls of glass which open to an infinity-edge pool.
