Shaq's Shack for Sale

Just this weekend, I was watching "Extra TV" and the host was standing near Shaquille O'Neal's home on Star Island Drive in Miami. Apparently that kind of attention has been getting to Shaq. He's listed the home for $32 million. It could be a record sale for the area. The listing doesn't have a picture but the home has eight bedrooms, a gym, and high ceilings since it was built by a basketball player which is one of the reasons Shaq snapped it up. What is most intriguing to me is that Shaq bought the house last summer for only $19 million. Either he believes his celebrity is worth a lot or he's a devout believer in the strength of the real estate bubble (probably both).
