Brunch, a meal once reserved only for Mother's Day and hotels, is now a much more common endulgence thanks to Norma's in New York. The first of its kind in the city, Norma's restaurant offers creative breakfast cuisine throughout the entire day. Specialties include Lemon Griddle Cakes with Devonshire Cream, Red Berry Risotto Oatmeal, Lox and Lox of Bagel with Caper Berries, or Omelette of Cape Cold Lobster. Norma's also includes 15 griddle selections such as light, lemon, dense blueberry and brioche French Toast. While not cheap, there's no price on a good start to the day.
