Businessman Says His Ferrari Is Too Slow

Ah to live in Germany where you actually get the chance to figure out that your Ferrari won't go higher than 175mph. Ananova reports that Joerg Winterberg, a Berlin businessman, wants to return his Ferrari Challenge Stradale because it doesn't do the advertised 186 mph. Ferrari isn't giving the man his money back because there is nothing wrong with the car so the man is suing the company.
